AI is moving software from passive tools toward systems that can reason, coordinate, and act. As that happens, the hard question is not only what these systems can do, but whether they can be trusted in real environments. That question connects much of my work: large-scale identity and authentication systems, developer platforms and SDKs, startup products shaped with customers, and AI-agent systems using retrieval, tool calling, evals, observability, and product integrations. My work sits between product engineering, platform infrastructure, identity, and applied AI. I like building the layers between technical capability and real-world adoption: the infrastructure, abstractions, and interfaces that make powerful technology reliable, usable, and safe in practice.

Built a multi-tenant sales-engineering AI platform from scratch, combining RAG, tool calling, and multi-model agents (OpenAI + Gemini) to automate product discovery, lead qualification, scheduling, and email follow-ups. Designed OAuth-based connector primitives for HubSpot, Google/Outlook, and built eval and observability pipelines with Langfuse that validated 95%+ tool-call correctness across 200+ scenarios.

Led engineering as technical co-founder for a post-purchase automation platform serving ~1,200 e-commerce merchants across the US, EU, and Nordic markets. Architected core services on AWS, integrated AI-assisted return and exchange recommendation flows, and grew the platform to six-figure ARR within the first year while leading a 3-person team.

Co-led backend architecture for Microsoft's passwordless authentication services, which reached 100M accounts in the first year and scaled to 500M+ users across Azure AD and Microsoft 365. Drove the cloud migration of the PhoneFactor platform to a multi-region Azure service, improving availability from 99.9% to 99.99%. Designed enterprise identity APIs for MFA and OAuth/OIDC, operated active-active authentication services at 10K+ RPS, and led security reviews, threat modeling, and observability improvements across authentication infrastructure.
